I cannot emphasize how important first impressions are.
But again, it is not everything and it can change with time.
What you wear How you look What you say How you say Your hair Your voice Your face Your attire Your actions are all things that constitutes the first impression you give.
Random thing i'm throwing out. Below are all based on personal opinion.
Formality rank, long-sleeved shirt, short-sleeved shirt, polo tees, tees, singlet. gown, dress, skirt, long pants, shorts.
How this works, For 2 identical person, no matter what brand of expensive singlet or polo tee etc. Once he wears a shirt, any, he will look more formal than before. Same goes for women.
I learned and understood so many things during this period of time, and i cannot possibly share everything with you all. I can throw out a few with you all in this tiny space if i want to but being the selfish me, i refuse to do so. Its just another process of growing up, so go out and experience them yourself.

One thing.
I realise that it doesn't matter long or short hair, shorts or long pants, spectacles or contact lens. Those things does not matter. As long as they suits you. If you like someone tall, doesnt mean tall is everything. You can find short and good looking people. You get what i mean? Like if i fancy long hair, but i still can find people that have short hair that look awesome on them.
Find what look best on you.

For working.
I just gotten my pay today for the previous three days i worked. Its tiring but manageable.
Tell you people what i work as. You know those lorry/truck? Then there's other seats in front. Yes, i sit there. I follow drivers around to do deliver work.
Don't mock, ok? You may think delivery, some sucky job supposedly for foreigners but its not what it seems. Its not as easy as it seems and i actually learned things that may potentially be useful for my future endeavors. Not only that, communication skills, meeting people and socialising. These all requires practices and experience. At least for me.
This is my first job. And i believe this apply to all those working out there. When you start spending the money you earn, you will calculate how many hours do you have to work to earn them back. Because i do, and i did it just now, tonight, instinctively.
I'm actually glad that i didn't work for the period after O levels. Cause it indeed is a wonderful feeling to get paid, earn these short-termed money and spend it on things you want. If i did work at that time, probably i wouldn't study as much for A levels. Not that i studied alot, because i will be think how good it is to work and get cash to spend. Its not good at all, cause its like so little, education is still important for the future. Working like these i not useful and not a long term solution at all.
I actually typed out a chunk of economic text about scarcity but i deleted it. Lol, can't believe i did that.

Okay, its story telling time. Story below is told using first person narration.
Yesterday, smart F threw all the clothes into the washing machine to wash, then went to sleep. After they were done, I'm the only one awake so D obviously asked me to hang them. Left with no options, i did as told, hung all of them. Guess what, while i was doing it, i found out that out of every 10 clothing, an average of 8 belongs to hers. Fine, i did them. I hung all of them 1 by 1 all by myself. I even threw the rubbish voluntarily. Feeling like a great man, i went to sleep.
Today, when i came home. I found out that F only kept all clothes and left mine all hanging still there. She didn't help me keep. Then M asked me to. They are mine, so i had to keep them. (In my family, by keeping, we meant just bringing them from the bamboo sticks and back to the room, don't even need or include removing them from the clothes hanger or anything.) After i kept them, i went to tell F,
Wow, i helped you single-handedly hang all of your clothes up yesterday while you went off to sleep. Today you can't even help me keep them?
Guess whats the reply?

I tried my best never to do anything like this (defaming online) cause these things should be kept within. This is not the first time, and this time, i really cant stand it. Anyone with brains or intelligence, please take a look, to judge or not to judge, up to you.
